Quality service. Reliability, speed and accuracy are paramount in getting our products into customers’ hands. With tens of thousands of orders and calls handled per month across Tapco Group brands, we’re proud to be an effective, attentive supplier. Order accuracy is 99.6 percent, with on-time delivery also greater than 99 percent. More than 92.5 percent of all calls are answered within 20 seconds or less.
Quality-tested. All of our products undergo rigorous third-party testing to ensure safety and quality, with many also ICC-approved. As testament to our quality engineering, The Tapco Group holds a large number of patents, including more siding-component patents than anyone else. We take into account weight, ergonomics, and ease of transport and installation to ensure contractor-friendly products. And we guarantee our quality with industry-leading warranties that give contractors and homeowners the peace of mind they deserve.
